Priscilla Manns

Priscilla Manns is a military transplant to the tri-cities area and a graduate of Petersburg High School. Upon graduation she enlisted in the U.S Navy where she served 6 years. Priscilla holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a concentration in finance and is currently obtaining her master’s degree in entrepreneurship at Virginia Union University. Before founding GRACEFULL LLC in 2021 Priscilla has been an accomplished dance coach and mentor serving local schools and organization in her area for over 20 years. Her dream has always been to own a dance studio that provides creative arts and mentorship programs to the underserved and at-risk youth by way of social services. GRACEFULL is a faith based mentoring program offering services to female youth within the communities of Rural Southside and the Tri-cities of Virginia.A community conscious social organization that builds families of confidence and character using their voices and talents to make the world a better place through style and GRACEFULLNESS. Through the usage of research-informed enhancements, our program’s vision is to provide cognitive and behavioral skills to enhance the self-esteem, decision making and coping skills of underserved and at-risk populations of youth within the Southside and Tri-cities of Virginia.Our mission is to provide underserved and at-risk youth with essential social, academic, individual and environmental support, through GRACEFULL Workshops and ROSEDBUDS Academy Mentoring program offered to rural Southside and the Tri-cities of Virginia.We are Girls Realizing and Accomplishing Concept of Excellence Fulfilling Unique Life Lessons.
